Animal ark may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in RM RINGGIT and all charges will be processed in RM Malaysia.

Animal ark reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which an individual or any group can purchase. Animal ark will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Animal ark will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Animal ark will notify you as soon as possible.

1.If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with logistic issues will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Please contact us at Info@animalark.com.my with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

1.You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:Go relevant courier service website (G-dex,Pos laju,Nation Wide etc.)

2.Enter your consigment or tracking number that provide after purchase.

3.Press “Tracking” to process.

All exchanges and credit refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt to Animal Ark. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times, 9am-5pm (weekdays) and 9am-12pm (saturday), no delivery on sunday or any public holidays.

If you are unable to locate your packing slip, you can call us to get the merchandise return form.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash On Delivery.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package in order to monitor the delivery status.

  • The return shipping cost will be refunded if the return product is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

To make a return request, please contact our Customer Service at  info@animalark.com.my It would be easier for us to inspect the condition of the product if you could attach the photo of the product you intend to return in your email. After we’ve confirm your return request, which will be informed to you via email, please return the product in good condition, in its original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

In Animalark.com.my we would want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from our online store. You are eligible for return request, with choices of exchange with same product or refund in the form of online credit which located at “Credit Balance” with the following conditions:

Refund/exchange request was made within 14 days upon delivery

  • Unsatisfied with quality/freshness of product

  • Wrong product

  • Defective Product

You can change your address information at anytime. To setting address can go to account setting.
